Program Summary:
In almost every interview, the question is asking "What kind of leader are you?" or "What management style do you prefer?" A "Servant Leader" is a buzz phrase that started in the 1970s, but what does it really mean? This presentation will define a Servant Leader in the traditional sense and modernize what a true Servant Leader should be today, as well as why being just a Servant Leader isn't enough for the leader of your team.

- Learn the skills of a Servant Leader
- Define emotional intelligence, communication styles, and professional boundaries
