Program Summary:
In today's fast-evolving professional landscape, managing practitioner with low or no volume can present unique challenges that demand nuanced strategies. While both groups may appear similar at first glance, they are fundamentally different in terms of performance, potential, and the appropriate course of action. This session will dive into the critical distinctions between low-volume and no-volume practitioners, examining the underlying causes and present strategies to manage "up or out." We will explore how organizations can identify the key differences and tailor management strategies accordingly.
